Uttarakhand Mountain View Camping

Draped in green and guarded by a wall of Himalayas, it isn’t a surprise to know that Uttarakhand is fondly referred to as the ‘Land of Gods’. The diverse and bountiful state that is now a popular tourist destination was brought to fame by the Beatles’ 1968 visit. People around the country have travelled far and wide for the much feted Ganga Aarti – a spiritual gathering around the sacred Ganges River.

The state’s lush Jim Corbett National Park also attracts thousands of visitors on a daily basis for a glimpse of the regal Bengal Tiger and other native wildlife thriving within its thick verdure. Uttarakhand takes you on a mythical, almost magical kind of a journey that promises you spectrums of travel you’ve never experienced before. There is inherent beauty etched within Uttarakhand’s sprawling landscapes, meandering rivers and the magnanimous Himalayas. Every season here exhibits an artistic play of colors, as though Uttarakhand is God’s own canvas.
